Oasis of Wisdom

O Mother-Father God
I may not understand Your reasons
However I trust thou
For thy ways are perfect
Thou is full of wisdom
I long to follow Thy path
I know not where it
Shall take me
I know ultimately
Thy shall lead me
To the oasis of wisdom
Even though there is
Desert all around me
To others Thy wisdom is folly
But truly they are the fools
As for me
I shall trust Thy precepts
Narrow is the gate
Of the righteous
Lead me to that narrow gate
Though there is darkness all around
The darkness flees from the Light
Thy are that Light in my soul
Fill my soul with Thy wisdom
Just as Thy did for Solomon
I kneel before Thy presence
In awe of all that You are

Lately I've been having health issues again. This manifests as breathing issues where I wake up gasping for air. Also within a few minutes of standing up I get out breath. I'm so tired of this. Sometimes I don't know how to go on. So I study spiritual writings and write. Writing is my passion I've discovered. At times it is a release for the intense emotions I feel that are triggered by the health issues I encounter.

In other news I hear Prince has passed from this Earth plane. This is so sad! He was quite an entertainer and quite an artist indeed. So many artists have left us lately. Is there meaning to this?

Everything else seems comparatively dull
